Impressive Wardrobes will not be held responsible for incorrectly cut materials as a result of sizes supplied me. All internal units will be cut at 450mm deep and end panels will be cut to suit a total wardrobe depth of 620mm.

Since this is part of the custom sized built-in wardrobe range, no instructions or packaging will be supplied. All wardrobes must be fixed to walls and do not come freestanding.

For assistance, please feel free to visit our showroom (open 7 days), for suggestions about the best solution for you- a supply only package or a professionally designed, delivered and installed package by our team.

Within the Sydney Metropolitan area: Within 1 – 2 weeks for standard options and up to 3 weeks for large orders with highly customised designs.

Pick-up

After receipt of your measurements, allow up to 7 days for manufacturing. You will be given a date to go and pick up the product, taking with you an invoice as proof of purchase.
Please note that we do not deliver the items outside of SYDNEY, NSW and assume that you can pick them up from our Sydney location. (Please contact us for quote on delivery SYDNEY wide)
Also ensure that your vehicle is capable of carrying all the products- a van will be most suitable.

REFUND POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. Please keep the receipt.

DELIVERY POLICY

For supply and pick up orders:

Product will be ready for delivery or pick up 1-2 weeks from time of payment (will depend on how custom the order is).

We only deliver and install to suburbs around SYDNEY, NSW (CBD excluded).
